Bad customer service at Easy Build Makhado

Good Please assist me. I went to Easy build Makhado at December to get the Quotation for the House roofing. I paid some money to their account as deposit. Unfortunately I lost the paper they gave me (quotation and receipt) but when I phone now they say they can’t do anything about it meaning I have lost my money just like that. I believe that somewhere in their systems they need to have some paperwork. Please assist. **********
