Complain for this situation to be rectified

This clinic staff is full of ****, they only take 5people in a space of 30 to 45 munites, even during break and lunch time they go all together and leave patients not attended for almost an hour....please the minister of health must take merger steps to attend and rectify the matter I am also the patient for this clinic.

I use to come to the clinic early as 7am and being attended after 2pm, its been a year now since has been happening.

I am no the only person complaining about their services please mr minister of health in kzn attend this matter as the matter of argency
