Useless customer service

Absolutely no customer service at all. Vehicle had a warning come up, best they can do is make a booking for next week, no concern for client safety or potential damage being caused from warning not being heeded. No thought either as to what the client must do for a week without a vehicle. Best response is it's out of motorplan so it's not our problem, despite major work having been done to the engine less than a week prior by BMW themselves due to the same warning which took more than two weeks to resolve.
