Engine failure

On Wednesday the 19 of February 2015 my car broke down and was towed to bmw eastview which the reception there was very very poor from the service agent by the name Amanda, took over an hour to get help. While she sat arrogantly on her chair ordering her launch. Secondly they misdiagnosed my car while I was insisting that they must check the engine but they refused saying they its the oil slugs then I paid the car was released on Friday 27 February 2015. On the Monday 2 March 2015 the car was making loud knocking sounds, so i toke the car back and I was informed that the car had engine fail and will cost over 200 000 rand to fix. I find this as a great injustice and a ******* attempt my this institution, they offer poor service and workmanship and charge so expensively to the public. Please enquire the qualification of their technicians for their workmanship is below standard and wrong and we the public is expected to pay thereafter. Kindly assist with this matter I am in need of justice and redemption <br> <br> Thank you in advance
