Worst service and attitude

My car has been going for service at the Secunda esatvaal,twice have we asked for the brake pads to be changed and the report they gave was that they were still on a certain percentage and didn't need changing. Not once was it communicated that they aren't covered under service plan. Yesterday the car was taken in for that reason and a certain amount was communicated to my brother,this morning that amount was paid and after that we are told of a different amount yet again. I cannot deal with such incompetence and disrespect from the service advisor herself.
