terrible service

I took my car in for service at eastvaal motors in secunda<br> last week Wednesday and they realised fault on wiring. They<br> started working on wiring without informing me or my<br> approval, when I called around 16:00 to check if I can<br> collect my car they only told me then about the wiring, well I<br> was fine with because it needed to be done. And I was told I<br> will get the car on Thursday since it's 3 hours job. I went to<br> the shop on Thursday and I was told they are still busy with<br> it I will get it on friday or Monday. I called on Monday was<br> told I will get it later or Tuesday and the same thing<br> happened on Tuesday. on Wednesdays I decided to go see<br> if they are working on it and they only started when I got<br> there at 13:00, I sat there waiting until 19:00 and only to<br> find out they didn't change the bulbs as I required and<br> payed for and I was asked to come back today for the lights and the manager took a bulb from another car and put it on my car because stores is closed he said. I was then asks to come back again<br> tomorrow for car wash. This was not an impressive<br> experience at all and it's totally unacceptable.
