Not willing to fix poor work

i had my pool and paving redone and when they were finished they had to repaint before i even filled the pool. after that i paid them and found after a month same problem. they now refuse to come out and just say i use to much HTH. Garhad and hes so call partner jason mantell are purly one of those companies that when get paid tell you to get lost. Pool was done 3 months ago.
