Security service level was terrible

<p>On Saturday 20 May 2017 My wifes valubles and belonging was ****** with her bag from her trolley in the Mr Price clothing store. The Mr price store of which has not cameras and the mall security was not very assisiting in the event and stated we must report the issue and get the police to come view the camera footage outside the Mr price entrance. They staff has a don't care attitude and do not care about customer service and disrespectful. The lady at the Info desk outside the Cape Union Mart store taken her details down just that if the cleaners see a white leather bag in the mall toilets, she will contact us. Worst experince at a big mall on the east rand area. People just get ****** and things get ****** but the security just get they salary at the end of a month so they have that don;t care attitude when an incident really occurs. or maybe its a races issue. I will await feedback from East rand Mall management and how will they reslove this issue and how will they ensure people like us do come again to shop in that arrea. </p>
