Rude people and no service

This people working here is so rude and they laugh at you when trying to sort out an account as they spoke to the wrong person for the past 2 years. And the lady working with the account just state its not her problem if we do not look at our statements. Trying to reach out to the practice manager, but seems like it is norm to work with people in this way. As they ignore you and not willing to settle the complaint and would rather laugh at you. I DO NOT recommend this radiology practice to anyone in Pta East. Cause they are rude and has absolutely no idea of client service.
