Protea home shop in East point

The Shop in East point shopping mall is called Protea Home ,

My wife bought some Hair colour and a friend bought the product as well and was not happy ,we returned the products the next day for a exchange or a refund ,the sales lady was very friendly but the Chinese lady - not sure if she is the owner or manger but she was firstly fighting with the staff cause the boxes was not sealed and them she opened a box ,the one tube was like slightly dented and we started arguing about this ,so I told her to take off the cap to proof it was jot opened ,the foil seal was still in tact .

I strongly feel the lady was being ****** in the first place cause my wife is indian ,plus she was amusing her of opening the product and she then said wr could exchange the products, she even then send a sales person with my wife like treating her like a ******** ..we have been supporting this shop a lot in the past ,but Will never do this again.

It is very upsetting for Chinese nationals entering our beautiful country and coming here to treat customers Iike **** .

I even looked at reviews and see complaints about ****** ,I also strongly belive they treat their staff like **** in front of clients.

Maybe a story for Cartblanche?

I will spread this ad experience with all my friends and colleagues.

People like that don't deserve to be in bussines.
