Eastpoint Parking *******

Eastpoint Shopping Centre parking has been an absolute nightmare since it re-opened after the revamp. Pay stations are often out-of-order (like today) and the ones that do take your cash never give change. 3 different patrons all paid this morning at 9:11am. all paid the R6 parking with R10 and none received change!! Parking attendant never came after numerous calls to the parking office. Called Centre Management offices and no one was available to assist. in addition to the ridiculous parking rates, they are chasing their customers away by *****ing from them. No wonder so many stores have closed and there so many empty shops. Eastpoint you have lost me as a customer, on principle I will not support people who ***** from me, however small the amount.
