Unfair treatment

On the 19th of December around 18h:26at Shell garage I had a situation with taxi Marshall from Eastgate taxi rank they took my R6100 I was doing bolt and I didn't know about pick up point same as the family that request me..so now I have lodged a complain to the management at Eastgate mall ..they are aware about this situation that is on going ..buy now they are dragging their feet against this..how many of us are going to be victims and how does the mall benefit from that R6100 ..or where does the money go and why we have to be fined by taxi Marshall while we all bring customers to the mall
