The pain of shopping at eastgate

Yesterday (16/06/2015) my wife and I were at the eastgate shopping centre. The experience was beyond painful due to the fact that so many of your elevators were out of order. Due to having a trolley and a pram we couldn't use the escalators, we had to stand in massive queues. It honestly took 2.5 hours to do a simple shop at checkers, of which most of that time was waiting in queues for very limited elevator space. I understand that there is construction happening, but that doesn't explain the elevator faults, the one in woollies had a broken door that wouldn't close completely, and this is nowhere near a construction area. Just looks like poor maintenance on your part.<br> Very painful, and unpleasant experience to do with a 2 year old<br>
