Poorly run shopping center

I eb\nered the shopping centre via the South entrance andafter realising it was the wrong entrance, I drove straight through to the East exit, a matter of one minute.The boom wouldn't open as I was now required to pay R10. I had to reverse up the steep incline and found a parking. The booth for payment has a sigh that says R50 and R100 notes were accepted. I put in a R50 note and it was rejected with a message that said I could only pay with R10 or R20 notes! Now I had to try and get change. This is unacceptable and I will certainly never return to Eastgate. I called the reception number at *** in order to get the E mail address and the line was U/S
