************ by Maxi Taxi Driver at Eastgate

Absolutely unacceptable assistance and response from Eastgate Centre Management and their security company. My sister-in-law was waiting for an Uber taxi when she was approached by a Maxi taxi driver asking if she was looking for a taxi. She responded that she was waiting for one she had ordered. When the Uber arrived this Maxi Taxi driver intimidated the Uber driver and my sister-in-law. My SIL phoned Eastgate Centre Management who said they would send security to that entrance (entrance 2). While waiting for security my SIL saw a few other security guards and approached them asking them for assistance, but none were willing to offer any assistance. The ************ continued until my SIL's son came along and managed to "persuade" the Maxi Taxi driver to leave. This is unacceptable!!!
