Insufficient parking for the disabled and pensioners at Eastgate Shoppong Mall

As a pensioner I need parking at Eastgate Shopping Mall in Bedfordview close to an entrance. I have been complaining to the management since 2017 and am told they are going to improve this facility. However after sending 3 letters to the CEO nothing has been done. I delivered a letter to the management offices on 1 April and got no reply. I spoke to the receptionist of 10 April and she said she would remind the CEO to phone me. It is now the 13 April and still nothing. It seems to me that they have a total disregard for disabled people and pensioners. Has anyone had similar experiences.
