Gift card

<p>I had received a gift card for the value of 2000. When trying to use the card the value wouldn't process. On dialing standard bank balance they advised that the Eastgate gift card had been used at Edgar's crown mines and Clicks Springs. On calling eastgate centre management they advised the same and would cancel my card and issue me with a new card for the balance. Neither eastgate or standard bank could advise how the ***** happened and neither at this stage were going to take responsibility for the ***** on the card. Therefore an amount of R600.00 was used on my card and it's fine. </p>
