Eastgate beggars

Every time I am in the food court I have beggars asking me to buy them food or give them money. Security does nothing and as far as I know its not allowed. This has happened on many occasions with many different beggars. Whether its deaf people asking for money or young boys from the street asking for food I find it ridiculous because it is simply NOT ALLOWED! and we can never enjoy a meal in peace. Security and the manager and popeyes tell me they can't do much because the beggars can simply say they aren't beggars yet they are loitering around the food court for hours and hours asking everyone for money?????Eastgate must do something or I will not go back.
