Complaint against Vodacom eastgate mall

I took my iPhone 8 there because it had a problem with the speak which is insured with Vodacom when I called after 2 weeks they said my phone is not insure I called the insurance department to find out what is the matter with my insurance they said I have insurance even the lady from head office called them to find out was is going on they said they where busy with it I have a month now going to the second month my phone has not been fixed when I called their repair department they no longer answer my phone please help me to get my phone back because I'm paying for contact and insurance every month
