Cheated with parking

This mall cheats you in parking! I went to gym at 7:47 through the boom gate, but it showed 7:42 on the ticket. I left 9:46, and was told I exceeded the time by 4 mins! Such BS. Also why you get 20 mins after paying for your ticket to exit the boom, but don't get any minutes after validating the ticket after gym.
