Bad customer service at legit Eastgate shopping center

I baught at legit Chris honey center and went to refund some of the stuff at legit eastgate mall on the 13/05/2020 the service i received there was pathetic it was very bad the manager and sales were very rude it was like i was at some ****a shop i had to calm myself down and let them talk nonsense to me i wanted to refund two items i bought on Saturday i had the receipts the tags were in the plastic bag just not attached to the stuff they told me about a policy of not exchanging stuff withoit tags am asking but i do have the tags and how many stuff do u buy in a shop without tags and my thing is all businesses are gng through very hard times so how can they be that rude

I would never recomand legit eastgate to anybody and i wipl make sure this matter gets to their bosses i just wanna ask them is this how they treat pple
