Ammendment to regular working basis

First time in a while since I've visited the mall and I have to say that it is quite not up to standard with how it used to be. Firstly the ridiculous trading hours they follow, making a statement that customers need extended trading hours, in this time of year who in their right mind would need to go do grocery shopping at 20 o'clock at night, really not worth keeping people there. Secondly the unkempt state of the mall, (mind you I do all my shopping online and this was one exception I needed to go there myself) the escalators were all off besides the ones leading to the food section, the disgusting nature of the men's toilets with the missing urinal flush buttons and messy toilets as If their not being cleaned. Thirdly the lack of security, I don't need to dabble in that situation, the ceilings falling or rotting out the way.. There's so many more issues but I couldn't stay long. Just highly discouraged and disappointed truly. Honestly really do a self introspection of the mall, you can improve a lot. Plus less the working hours, no one needs the additional hours to shop, we can always come the next day to finish up where we left off
