Absolutely disgusting service when at fault

On the 14th of November 2019 a trolley from Woolworths rolled into my mom's side of the vehicle and dented it ,I did all the necessary emails calls sending of the information and it's all on CCTV footage yet they still for some reason are running around in circles absolutely ******* the customer satisfaction is useless and I won't give up until the vechile is repaired
