Poor customer service

The service manager by the name of andy/Andrey incorrectly diagnosed my car,then i was given a qoutation to purchase a clutch replacement kit onlynto find the the car was fine never had any clutch issue.I called several for the refund arrangements.They refused to refund me..I really feel like,I ve wasted my money
