Easterncape motors (Mazda )poor service

26/08/2020 I went to easterncape motors (Mazda)at Williams moffatt. I was told that my car needs a clutch replacement they then gave me a qoutation including the labour and parts that were needed. I purchased the parts(clutch kits) as per their diagnosis and qoutation then I took my car elsewhere wher for the labour beacause I couldn't afford Mazda's labour cost however three mechanics confirmed that my car doesn't have any problems with the cluth their for they won't perform any clutch replacement the car i fine .That means easterncape motors incorrectly diagnosed the car then I call them for the refund since I am nolonger gonna need these parts,they have refused to take it back.even now I am still driving the car and I doesn't have problems but Mazda easterncape motors is refusing to refund me.They said these parts were specially ordered for me so they won't take it back.I must see what to do with it
