last wee I received a monthly levy statement, I noted that amount charged was high for this month and I queried this of which I did not get a response. today I receive a revised statement and the amount is even more now. when I state that I will not be paying until I receive a revised statement I was told that I will be liable for legal fees. there is no proper explanation as to why the levies went up. the attitude from Eugene is uncalled for . please can you review this company.
