Eastern Region Properties Horrible Service

Zero stars for them, we live in a full title house in an estate managed by Eastern Region Properties. There's a phase 2 building project taking place next to our house and last week Friday the 10th of Jan '25 the electricity went off around 12:00. Our house was the only house affected. Initially the management estate told us that it's our responsibility to find an electrician since we are the only ones affected, our insurance provided the electrician and found that there's no power coming to the house from the estate. After back and forth the management agency provided their own electrician to try fix the problem of the estate not providing power to us. Their electrician claims to need specialized equipment (which they don't have) to troubleshoot the problem, he said to have hired that equipment and currently in use in Vryburg. So basically, they expect us to wait for the Vryburg job before we can be assisted. We requested the management agency to find another service provider with equipment and they told us that we have to pay to their first electrician who does not have the equipment (which we refused as this is just BS that they have service providers who don't have equipment). The service we are getting from Eastern Region Properties is the worst, we have a 3 week old baby and they don't seem to care that we don't have electricity. It's almost a week now and it does not look like they have a suitable qualified electrician with equipment to sort out our problem. We have informed CSOS about this and hoping for a positive results. Zero stars for Eastern Region Properties :-(
