Dispute wrong billing

Lodged a telephone query last year in regards to the amount that was charged on my account(cleaning of stand) unnecessary and I was advised it would be resolved today when I raised the issue I have to prove myself that I'm not making up a story . The company is conducting Transactional approach to people, it's all about money.
