*******ly disconnected my electricity with no notice and then ignores my emails and conveniently went home already when I try and call after emails from this morning was blatantly ignored she is unfortunately already home. Without power for day 4 now and unable to reload due to hold on their side. Absolutely ********** management. Handed me over and charged a legal fee for a supposed letter that equates to months of water usage, did this without one phone call made to us to check if the statement for sewerage was received. Unwilling to respond to my requests of where to send PoP how much to pay to get the ******* disconnection reconnected.
