Rude and unwelcoming reservationist for Hluleka Nature reserve bookings

The person who handles reservations at Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency for Hluleka Nature Reserve is rude. For example, I sent an email enquiring about availability at the mentioned reserve and this reservationist rep**** without even mentioning my name or even signing off the email with his name. All one is dealing with is just "reservations", no name. For a tourism business it would be nice if potential clients could at least be treated with etiquette. Even if the dates I wanted are fully booked, still, a representative in a tourism business is meant to be welcoming and not come across as if you are bothering them by just simply enquiring. unfortunately, this has happened two times already.
