Poor facilities

<p>I arrived at the shopping center to find the entrance blocked by a delivery truck. The only open entrance on this side of the shopping center was the rooftop parking. After doing my shopping at the Pick n Pay, I was told by the car guard that there is no lift. I had my toddler and a trolley full of shopping! The only way for me to get back up was to take the stairs (which would've been impossible) or for me to walk up the ramp, hoping that we wouldn't get run over by a car. I contacted the center management to complain, and all they could say is "no one really uses the rooftop parking, sorry for the inconvenience "</p> <p>Unacceptable! In this day and age there should be access to all public areas in all situations ... Get a lift or close the rooftop parking!</p>
