Dissatisfaction, disappointment, ignored at the same time

First time ever taking my car for service st east vaal motors secunda that they never gave me feedback about my car, I phoned more than 5 times they told me that they will get back to me till now. I had to catch a lift home ,even tomorrow I have to make a plan because I don't have a car just because of taking it for service
