Happy to take your money yet not there for you to complete the project.

Quote was given & money for survices was paid. Quote was under R10 000.00 thus the full amount was paid before work could start. The guys was asked to start on the Saturday & all was arranged. On the Friday a call was received and they wanted to start a day earlier. It was explained that it was short notice & that we agreed on the Saturday. After a long conversation Saturday was once again confirmed. The supervisor Frans stated on the following morning that he personally will not be able to make it but Albert his second man in charge will be there to overlook the project.

They arrived late & when starting to unpack we noticed that the incorrect material was sent over. Tried to phone Frans who did not pick up the phone but when Albert phoned he was all to happy to speak through his second guy in charge. They had to go back and collect the correct material that was paid for. After three hours they eventually arrived with not enough of the material that was paid for. We are stuck with a half completed fence. Every day we are phoning to find out what the update is and every day we get re-assured that it will be completed & that there is now a back log on all projects... yet the one they started with is not yet completed and what service is this where the customer is suppose to phone the service provider asking what is going on. Not one phone call has yet been received from Frans stating when the project will be completed. This has been a very frustrating experience indeed. It appears they are all to happy to take your money but do not seem in any rush to complete what they started.
