East Rand Walling not helpful at all.

This morning my husband went to East Rand Walling to buy 2 corner uprights for a 6 foot wall. Unfortunately they only had for 8 foot wall uprights in stock. My husband bought these but when arriving home we realized these are much too long and my husbands angle grinder would not be strong enough to cut plus my husband is 73 years old and this would be a big job for him. We phoned up and asked if we return them and credit our credit card, their reply was on the invoice is states no returns. OUR INVOICE from them stated NOTHING with REGARDS TO RETURNS. The said they will have to get hold of the owner for return of these TWO corner posts. When returning to East Rand Walling they showed my husband a stamp on another customer invoice, but this stamp was not on our Invoice. I had since found another walling company who had the correct size we wanted. East Rand Walling refused to take the 2 uprights back and eventually agreed to cut them down to size. They could have offered this in the first place. Definitely will never use them again. The walling on our 7 acres plot was done by East Rand Walling years ago and we have another long section to be walled. Will not be using East Rand Walling due to their attitude. Just another note when my husband went back they THEN stamped our invoice with their Tax registration and the return clause. Talk about closing the door after the horse has bolted.
