Gerhard and his team built an ******* structure without having approved plans and building over the building line. The structure is right next to the electric fence which is a fire hazard. He was told at a meeting on site by the town planning to get plans done and stop building until the structure meets building regulations. Went ahead anyway over December ignoring the council and neigh ours concerns. Slammed phone down when contacted and said he works on instructions from owner. This shows they are just after the money and not concerned with adhering to building codes or neighbours concerns. Went ahead anyway and with an arrogant attitude. I told him I would report him and he said go ahead. This is now with the council in the legal process but I want all future customers to know who they are dealing with.
