Waiting for pool to be repaired for nearly a year

I contacted East Rand Pools to do a full renovation of our swimming pool in early 2014<br> A few months later i noticed the fast deterioration and peeling of the mosaic tile prints along certain sections around the pool. I was informed by Justyn that they had in fact used \old stock"of the product and would come and repair their mistake.<br> <br> I have been contacting Justyn on a weekly basis for months and constantly being reassured that he would be able to fix the pool in the coming week.
