Selling sick puppies that die and refusing to refund

We bought a Jack Russell puppy from them on Friday 10th May 2024, 9 weeks old, she was pretty playful and lovely, her vet card said she had had two vaccines so far and had been dewormed.

We planned on taking her to the vet the next day to check her out, in the meantime she climbed right into our hearts. The next morning there was blood in her ****, so we rushed her to the vet like we had planned.

They treated her worms and a parasite. Then Sunday we didn’t take her, but she was okay, Monday she was still ****ing blood, took her to the vet Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday she was admitted.

It is now a week since we have had her, she has been in hospital since 15th May 2024, she has just deteriorated more and more and she died this morning.

I called this morning to let them know and the guy was so rude to me and said I should have brought her back as soon as she was sick, but what kind of person takes a puppy back that is sick. The only option for us was to take her to the vet and try get her well.

We also fell in love with her straight away. This pet shop is disgusting, refuse to refund and just don’t care about the animals they keep. I hope with all my heart they get shut down or at the very least are not allowed to sell animals anymore.

The response from them has been utterly revolting and rude, absolutely no sympathy from them at all. You are ****bags.
