Disappointing Customer Service Experience

Experienced truly disappointing service. The staff member I spoke to was rude from the start, no greeting, no common decency, just abrupt and dismissive attitude. Felt completely disrespected as a customer and this happening in front of my son. I care about my pets and prefer supporting businesses that show respect in return. This experience was so off putting that I won’t be back. Happy to drive further to a place where customers are welcomed properly. Very poor impression overall.
