Terrible workmanship

Car gets sent to you for hail damage. On the day I am called to collect I arrive and find numerous dents not removed. The owner Jose decides to pass the buck saying it's hail people will miss some. Some I get but more than 10 dents is an issue. I get told quality control missed it cos of the levels and them being shorter than me at 1.9m. So get a ladder.... And also got told that the hail guys are not his own. You employed them you tool. Take responsibility. Fore quality control and get yourself a ladder. Never ever use east rand motor lab.
