Terrible quality work. Staff are fools

<p>My polo was booked in there thorugh an insurance, the quality of work was absolutley disgusting. I picked up a number of faults. 1. they hadnt sprayed my side sill properly,could still see the primer. 2. dents still not pulled out. 3. paint dripped dry. 4. they "lost" my inner fender cover. 5. Window still jamming. 6. sprayed some "gravel guard" under the car and looked pathetic. Staff are a bune of useless people, they kept blaming each other for faults, they even broke my seatbelt adjuster which had nothing to do with them as repairs were outside and not inside. I would not recommend them to anyone and I hope their rmi certificates andapproved vehicle certificates get pulled away. They did overspray on the entire car and they keep sayin it just needs a polish. A bunch of fools work there and I feel sorry for individuals who are not so clued up with what to inspect on cars as they take customers for a ride.</p>
