Never take your car here!!!

<p>To cut a long story short, Jose the owner is useless he has no consideration for his clients and *****s from his customers, Atleast he tries.. I took my car in and besides it taking much longer then I was told the spray job was horrible there were lines from where masking tape was put and drip marks on the number, there were parts that were quoted for that weren't replaced not even ordered causing another weeks delay and then taking vehicle back for respray and parts to get changed, upon fetching vehicle for the second time all the parts were still not replaced and the bullbar and wheel arches were completely out of line and skew and they still hadn't replaced all parts they quoted, took it back a third time and they kept blaming others and saying it's not their job but surely your job is to make the car look how it originally was? Got them to fix it up again and they *****ed up my wheel arches again they still hadn't put new ones on so waited another two weeks and then took it back for a fourth time, total process of over 2 months of dealing with a useless owner Jose. Receptionist is extremely friendly but that doesn't justify a company as a businessman you should put out the best quality and give customer satisfaction not try ***** by not replacing parts that you quoted and by not puting any pride into your workmanship, there's a so called "inspection bag" where the person inspecting must be blind (in my opinion there's not inspection done) to let cars leave the way they do.</p>
