Bad service and repairs not comleted yet

I took my vehicle in November for a insurance claim. After struggling to finally get my car back they have still not fixed my wheel balancing nor replaced my one wheel cap, as promised and as part of the work to be done by the insurers.... The work is also very bad of a quality nature. The side panels were taken off and put back on. Each time I close my door hard the panels come loose... I would really advise anyone out there not to make use of their servicea as I have had several errors from them and the work is still not done!!!!
