BAD SERVICE

On the 5th of October I had an accident, my insurance which is Miway refered me to East Rand Motor Lab to fix the car. On the 10nth I paid access to the panel beaters. Three days after making the payment they informed me that they have all the parts required to fix the car. They collected my car the following week. Till today my car has not been fixed. I'm getting different stories every week. If they are unable to fix my car they must give me back my money.
