<p>Good day or must I say bad...</p> <p> </p> <p>So like the country we live in I know there is a lot of crime but you think that at a big public place like the east rand mall the security must be good... well is definitely not up to any of it shoppers standards...</p> <p> </p> <p>Security at the east rand mall is ****...</p> <p> </p> <p>My shopping was ****** out of my car, lock was broken of car door that was parked in the under roof parking... you have to pay for underroof parking for what???? I don't see any reason for paying if your belonging is not even safe..</p> <p> </p> <p>My question is what is next...? </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

We are in receipt of your complaint. It is most disturbing to hear that you have been a target at our Mall. We would like to take the opportunity to inform you that you as a shopper are important to us. We try our best to ensure that we have highly trained security that patrol all areas including the undercover parking area. We have also partnered with many Security forums to advise us of what crimes are newly trending so we are always on top of new crime activity. However we would also like to stress that no parcels should be visible in any public areas at any time.
