Purchasing my groceries from East rand mall. The parking being more expensive than sandton city is my first concern for this low lsm mall. Then after asking at the pnp they confirmed i can validate my parking at any entrance. As it was raining we had to park undercover. When trying to pay my parking the help desk told me its my problem i can only park at pnp entrance with my validation. It being part of the mall you would expect to be able to park anywhere. This mall is not only so expensive and inconvenient but bad service can be ecpected _ alwaya
