I took my car in for repairs that costed R42 000 but still thr car is not fine its actually worse

I took my car in for repairs that costed R42 000 but still thr car is not fine its actually worse. Now they telling me i drove the car for 4000km with defects parts after they did diagnostic report of which they never cautioned me as their client not to drive the car.
