Had a problem with my car as it does not have pwer took it to the dealership and still having the same problem after a month

Had a problem with my car which was not sorted my car was there for 2 days the service i got was so not lame had to collect my car on the third day nothing was done my leftcar tire was flat which i didt see only was made aware by the petrol attandance loged a complained from the complained department which i was told the service manger from the branch will get back to me todate .. as i type this my car is at home as the problem was not fixed am really hurt and disappointed i think its race related cause really.. went in the morning to collect the car on my way to work my car was so fillty am so disappointed as i always took my car there for service but this time this is what i get no on at all .
