Damaged Vehicle

One of the guys who watch the cars and wash them, requested to wash my car. I refused, and the guy scratched my car from the back door till the front of the car. I told the security staff, he said I must let it go, however, this man is employed by the Centre Management. I will make sure the JHI company knows about how the Centre Management office handles such issues in their mall.
