Cheated from cell phone kiosk

<p>I bought a cellphone screen protector and back cover from the Cellphone Kiosk at Entrace 1 about two weeks ago, i was told i have a warranty for a year,meaning if the screen should the glue not stick anymore, Should it have a cheap or a crack without falling i will get another one, I came to the kiosk on 14-09-2016 to return the screen protector as it was cheaped and the phone was not dropped which was clearly visible even from the cover that it was not negligence or physical damage. I was given a run around by the guys at the kiosk,after sometime a guy walked to the kiosk and claimed he was the Manager and told me that im talking **** and should leave , i am very much unhappy and need this to be resolved,even for this kiosk to be closed or removed from the Mall, This kind of so called small business will chase customers away , because for me its ********* that are renting in the mall to take advantage of innocent shoppers.</p>
