Car washers at under roof car parking East Rand Mall

Why are there car washers now in the under roof parking at the mall? I dont need to be harassed even more that I already am by beggars and car guards than I already am. If I want my car washed I'll go to a car wash facility. I hate that they descend on you as you park your car. Whats even more ludicrous is that my car is sparkling clean all the time! Its making for a horrible shopping experience. As it is I park there to avoid car guards now I have to deal with badgering from car wash people. No man!
